What cleaning products do you use?
We use high-quality, professional-grade cleaning products that are safe and effective. Upon request, we can also use eco-friendly, non-toxic products to ensure a healthy environment for children, pets, and anyone with allergies or sensitivities.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don’t need to be home. Many of our clients provide us with a spare key or entry instructions so we can clean while they’re at work or out. Of course, you are always welcome to be home if you prefer.
How do you determine pricing?
Pricing is based on the size of your home or office, the type of cleaning requested (standard, deep, move-in/out, etc.), and the specific needs you may have. We provide free estimates so you’ll know the cost upfront with no surprises.
What's your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a small fee to cover scheduling adjustments.
Are your cleaners employees or contractors?
All of our cleaners are fully trained employees of Starmoon Cleaning Services.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Absolutely. Our cleaners arrive fully equipped with all the necessary tools and supplies. If you have specific products you’d like us to use, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to accommodate.
How often should I schedule cleanings?
That depends on your needs and lifestyle. Many of our clients prefer weekly or bi-weekly cleanings to maintain a consistently fresh home. We also offer monthly and one-time services for special occasions or deep cleans.
Can I request the same cleaner each time?
Yes, whenever possible we’ll assign the same cleaner to your home or office. This helps build consistency and trust, as your cleaner becomes familiar with your space and preferences.
Do you offer move-in/move-out cleaning services?
Yes, we specialize in move-in and move-out cleanings. These deep cleans are designed to leave a property spotless and ready for the next resident or for handing over to a landlord.
